L’édition 2013 du NRHA European Affiliate Championship se tiendra en Autriche à Vienne (Wiener Neustadt) du 10 au 13 juillet prochain. Dotation : 32 000 dollars, 4 Lawson Trophies, 13 Trophies, 8 Plaques…

From July 10 until 13, 2013, H & D Schulz’s facility at Wiener Neustadt (Austria) will once more host the NRHA European Affiliate Championship. The top 10 reiners of each European country and the European Top 20 are entitled to compete in ten divisions for the Champion buckles and especially the European Champion titles. The event will be judged by fine international judges: Jan Boogaerts/BEL, Ricky Bordignon/ITA, Sylvia Katschker/AUT, Allen Mitchels/USA and Ralf Hesselschwerdt/GER. Besides the EC classes, there will be the NRHA approved Austrian Western Star Circuit. Altogether, the event offers a total purse of $ 32,000.

Wiener Neustadt is a centre of top class international reining. The facility offers perfect conditions for fine international shows like the $ 100,000 added Austrian Futurity. In 2011, Europe’s premier reiners met here for the FEI European Reining Championships. The facility already hosted the NRHA European Affiliate Championships in 2006, 2007 and 2012.

The event begins on Wednesday, July 10 with the first Ancillary classes, the first EC classes following on Thursday, July 11. The top highlight of the European Championship will be the EC Non Pro and Open on Saturday, July 13. The deadline for entries is June 21, 2013 (EC classes) resp. July 3 (ancillary classes).
